These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of IELTSTOP, including our website, application, AI-powered IELTS preparation tools, content and paid services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our service

IELTSTOP provides educational and preparation tools including AI-assisted writing, speaking and other IELTS practice features. The service is designed to support preparation and self-assessment.

2. AI scores are estimates

AI-generated scores, feedback, predictions and recommendations are educational estimates and are not official IELTS results. IELTSTOP does not guarantee a particular band score, test result, admission, visa outcome or other examination outcome. Users should rely on official IELTS organisations for official test information and results.

3. Eligibility and account

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and keeping your login credentials secure. You may not share, sell, transfer or misuse an account or use the platform for unlawful purposes.

4. Paid plans and billing

Where paid plans are offered, the price, billing frequency, inclusions and access period will be displayed before purchase. Payment is processed through the payment provider presented at checkout. You authorise the applicable charge when you complete a purchase. Subscription cancellation, where offered, follows the terms displayed for the relevant plan.

5. Refunds

Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy. Please review that policy before purchasing.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or compromise the platform.
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape or reproduce protected parts of the service except where permitted by law.
• Do not upload unlawful, malicious or infringing material.
• Do not use the service to impersonate another person or misrepresent official IELTS results.

7. Intellectual property

IELTSTOP and its original software, branding, design and content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain rights in content you submit, subject to the permissions needed for us to provide and improve the service.

8. Third-party services

The service may rely on third-party providers for hosting, payments, analytics, AI processing or other infrastructure. Those providers may have separate terms and policies.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service reliable but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Features may change, be suspended or be discontinued when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal or business reasons.

10. Limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, IELTSTOP is not responsible for indirect losses arising from use of the service or reliance on an AI estimate. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
